FOUR PAWS ANIMAL RESCUE SHOW 2007

Saturday 11 August - Four Paws Animal Rescue 2nd Annual Dog Show and Fun Day
Highlights from the day

The show was held at the Llanishen High School, in Cardiff and the weather couldn't have been better

Have a go agility

The Have a go agility was a big success with some dogs showing their athletic prowess (and other dogs showing the mental cunning to go round the obstacles rather than over...).

The classes

From pedigree classes to fun classes there was a class for everyone.

Unfortunately we don't have details of all the winners, but there was a lovely collection of dogs there. With many dogs proudly sporting their rosettes as the day went on.

Somehow Emily (foster carer) and her dog Jasmine managed to win best 6 legs. Though I think this was because she had the most burnt legs there....

The reason for the day

The reason for the day was to raise money for the many dogs that pass through our care. Some of the dogs that were there on the day were Meg the Springer Spaniel and Daisy the Golden Retriever.

The day was a great success with 750.54 raised.

We want to thank everyone who made the day possible, the sponsors, the organisers and all of the dogs and their owners that made the day a great success.

If you would like to help us continue our work please take a look at the volunteer page.

Our next show will be held Summer 2008, keep an eye on the news page for further details and information about other events we attend.
